Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance across multiple states. You will partner with leadership to drive a high-performance culture, enhance the team member experience, and implement cost-effective benefit strategies.

You will be the main point of contact for benefits inquiries, managing enrollment and communications while ensuring adherence to federal and state laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with payroll, benefits, 401K administration and compliance.
• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Deep understanding of federal and state payroll, 401k, benefits and employment laws.

Requirements

• Experience processing multi-state payroll.
• Deep understanding of federal and state payroll, 401k, benefit, employment laws and practices.
• Strong computer skills with a quick aptitude for learning new technologies; experience with Paylocity preferred.
