Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Global Payroll Administrator to lead payroll operations across regions from our Arkansas locale. The role emphasizes compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, accurate tax calculation, and data integrity.

You will drive master data management, data security, and process automation while coaching the payroll team and partnering with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in payroll or related area, or 5 years’ experience.
• Extensive experience in payroll administration and complex systems.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations.
• Strong payroll tax, wage calculations, and reporting knowledge.
• Data integration, privacy, and security expertise.
• Ability to lead operational excellence initiatives and resolve escalated issues.
• Six Sigma or Kaizen experience.
• Leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office preferred.

• Leadership and coaching capabilities
• Advanced functionality of Microsoft Office is preferred
