Job summary

Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is seeking a full-time Drug and Alcohol Case Manager to join our Lebanon Team. You would provide a full range of case management services to clients with substance use disorders.

Main duties include conducting intakes, screening, linking to resources, and coordinating with local emergency rooms, probation, and community resources to support recovery and re-entry into the community.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Dependency, Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Nursing or related field.
• Or a Bachelor’s Degree with 18 college credits in Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Criminal Justice or related social sciences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intakes and assess needs; link to resources.
• Screen and assess to determine treatment options.
• Collaborate with local hospitals, first responders and community resources to connect individuals with services.
