Baker Tilly Vantagen, LLC is seeking a Benefits Operations Specialist for our Clarks Summit on-site location. The role handles email inquiries, processes daily files, enrollments with carriers, and data-entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree (or 2 years experience), strong MS Office skills (Excel/Outlook/Word), and excellent customer service and communication abilities. Travel is minimal; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred, 2 years experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and communications abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage the daily slate of work deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Professionally handle email inquiries from team members and external contacts.
• Process daily files and updates in the internal benefits system.
• Process enrollments with insurance carriers and third parties.
• Support data entry initiatives and project-related efforts.
• Resolve department tickets related to data entry and eligibility.
