Job summary

Trilogy Health Services, LLC is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage weekly payroll processing and off-cycle payments for multiple campuses in the Louisville area. The role includes reviewing time and attendance, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring accurate deductions and tax withholdings.

The position requires 3–5 years of payroll experience and a high school diploma or GED. You will provide training and support, join a team focused on compliant, timely payroll and employee satisfaction

• Experience: 3-5 years.

Responsibilities

• Processes weekly payroll data and resolves transmission issues.
• Reviews time/attendance data for accuracy and resolves discrepancies.
• Manages off-cycle payments and bonus processing.
• Provides payroll-related training and support to campuses and personnel.
• Ensures compliance with tax withholdings, insurance, and retirement deductions.
• Maintains payroll reports and responds to payroll inquiries.
