Stellantis Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Manager to oversee the strategy, administration, and daily operations of the company’s benefits programs, including health, welfare, retirement, and leave programs.

You will lead a benefits team, manage vendor relationships, ensure accurate data transmission, and drive continuous improvement in processes and employee experience. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, and other

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of benefits regulations, systems, and data flow.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a high-performing benefits team.
• Skilled at interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations.
• Ability to translate complex benefits information into clear, employee-friendly guidance.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot issues, resolve data discrepancies, and manage escalations.
• Continuously improves workflows and enhances operational efficiency.
• Develops benefits dashboards, cost analyses, utilization reports, and compliance documentation.
• Partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to ensure accurate deductions and data flow.

Responsibilities

• Design, administer, and deliver health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefit programs.
• Lead benefits staff; set performance expectations and ensure accuracy, service excellence, and compliance.
• Direct FMLA, ADA, and leave programs; coordinate with Payroll and managers.
• Oversee enrollment, qualifying life events, dependent eligibility, COBRA, HSA/FSA, and open enrollment.
• Serve as liaison with brokers, carriers, TPAs, and technology vendors; manage renewals and escalations.
• Oversee EDI file creation, transmission, auditing, and error resolution.
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and Section 125.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Prepare cost analyses and utilization reports; align systems across HR/Finance/IT.
