Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with relevant experience in insurance or retirement programs.
• Knowledge of HR laws, policies, and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SCEIS systems.
• Strong communication and group presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provides New Employee Orientation and explains policies and benefits.
• Oversees Worker's Compensation coordination and OSHA reporting.
