Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years of experience in human resources management programs such as benefits, classification and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Manages FMLA & accommodations process; communicates with employees and supervisors about FMLA status and leave balances.
• Oversees PEBA benefit programs (health, dental, vision, disability, life) and premium deductions via SCEIS and EBS.
• Frames and delivers benefits orientations for new hires and ongoing employees; answers benefits questions.
