Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience supporting benefits and leaves.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Experience with HRIS Paycom (a plus).
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for data analysis and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leaves of Absence program administration and guidance for managers and employees.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits, and third‑party leave administrator on claims and deductions.
• Educate offices on leave processes; create procedures and training guides.
• Monitor and communicate updates to federal and state leave regulations.
• Respond to benefits inquiries and approve enrollments in Paycom HRIS; support Open Enrollment.
