Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive HR experience including benefits, leave management, HR operations, or employee relations.
• Leave Management certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee health, welfare, and wellness benefit programs, including eligibility and enrollment.
• Serve as primary resource for benefits plans, eligibility, enrollment rules, and coverage.
• Maintain benefits records in HRIS and safeguard confidential information.
• Coordinate annual open enrollment activities and vendor coordination.
• Support leave programs (FMLA, CFRA, ADA, etc.) and return-to-work processes.
• Ensure compliance with COBRA, ACA, and other regulations; monitor reporting.
