Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking a Benefits, Leave & Compliance Analyst to administer and audit US/Canada benefit programs, manage leave processes, and ensure HR regulatory compliance. This role supports employees, vendors, and HR partners while driving accuracy and efficiency.

You will collaborate with benefits vendors, conduct audits, prepare filings, and analyze programs to improve employee experience and cost effectiveness across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of benefits, leave administration, or HR compliance experience.
• Working knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws.
• Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer US/Canada health, welfare benefits, retirement plans.
• Coordinate enrollments, qualifying events, terminations.
• Monitor benefits questions in HR ticketing system and resolve timely.
• Assist with annual open enrollment activities.
• Audit benefit eligibility, deductions, and carrier files.
• Partner with benefits vendors to resolve eligibility, claims, and enrollment issues.
• Support employee education through benefits communications, presentations, and training materials.
