Your skills

• Experience selling benefits in multiple states to SMBs and startups.

• Detail orientation and clear process management.

• Customer empathy - do what's best for them.

• Benefits licensed (Life and health required, P&C is a plus).

What you’ll do

• Guide our customers on designing their benefits packages, picking plans, etc.

• Fill out and submit insurance forms.

• Update our system with the right information about health insurance.

• Communicate with customers to solve issues.

• Set up processes to ensure that no benefits enrollments get missed.

• Problem solve and fix benefits issues.
