Why Central?
We’re on a mission to eliminate all business bullshit.
Building a company is still way too hard. Founders still have to register in multiple states to run payroll, set up workers' compensation, pay various payroll-related taxes, deal with intimidating government mail, update addresses across state filings, and troubleshoot with insurance companies.

Experience selling benefits in multiple states to SMBs and startups.
Detail orientation and clear process management.

Benefits licensed (Life and health required, P&C is a plus).
What you’ll do
Guide our customers on designing their benefits packages, picking plans, etc.
Fill out and submit insurance forms.
Update our system with the right information about health insurance.
Communicate with customers to solve issues.
Set up processes to ensure that no benefits enrollments get missed.
Problem solve and fix benefits issues.
