Reviews and analyzes and the administration of retirement (401(k), 403(b), 457(b), 457(f)), and health and welfare employee benefit programs, for union and non-union employees. Assures compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include recommending programs, preparing bid specifications, and reviewing contracts, explaining benefits and assisting in the business development and planning processes with service providers. Compiles, analyzes and reports data; includes employee benefit plans and financials for strategic benefits planning and evaluation, best practices and benchmark surveys. This position will serve as a SME that can manage and address complex benefits and issues for both Retirement and Health and Welfare employee benefit plans as well as mentor and train benefits staff.Job Duties:
