Job summary

CBIZ seeks a Manager in its Benefits & Insurance Transformation team to drive process improvements, implement digital solutions, and support strategic change initiatives. You will partner with benefits professionals and IT to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and enable adoption of transformative technologies across the firm.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in benefits/insurance transformation, strong analytics, and hands-on experience with AI tools and SDLC methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
At least 6 years of related experience required.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience required.
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or MIS preferred.
PMP preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, policies and procedures.
Experience with IT project planning, delivery and execution using Traditional and Agile SDLC methodologies.
Experience with VSTS, Jira or similar collaboration tools.
Ability to lead a team and coordinate with peer teams.
Ability to document and recommend new policies and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication across all organizational levels.
Travel as required and on-call availability.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Partner with benefits & insurance pros and IT teams to streamline processes via automation and workflow tech.
Gather, document, and translate business needs into detailed requirements.
Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, and BRDs for current/future state.
Facilitate workshops and interviews to capture workflows and improvements.
Collaborate with BI & AI teams to implement analytics and AI-driven solutions.
Support project management activities including timelines and risk.
Assist with change management, training and documentation.
Monitor KPIs and adoption metrics for continuous improvement.
Evaluate new technologies, vendors and products; stay industry updated.
