Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers; resolve questions using multiple systems.
• Escalate complex inquiries and route to HR Solutions Specialists; provide required documentation.
• Process transactions by collecting information and backing up documentation; perform data entry.
• Support HR functions with data entry, filing, and correspondence.
• Help users navigate self-service resources and HR tech tools.
• Collaborate with HR Solutions, vendors, and other HR functions.
