Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Proven administrative and customer service experience.
• Familiarity with insurance/employee benefits is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming calls regarding health insurance and benefits.
• Assist callers with enrollment portals and billing systems.
• Advise customers on policy and benefit information across multi-carrier plans.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain accurate documentation of transactions.
