Job summary

Working Solutions LLC is seeking a travel booking professional who can act as a brand ambassador for domestic and international trips. You will plan and book options, respond to questions about plans, and adjust itineraries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

This is a remote, flexible-schedule contractor role requiring professional travel booking experience and strong PC skills. Contractors work from home with an independent contractor relationship and must pass a background check.

Job description

Help customers plan and book their dream vacations, both domestic and international. In this role, you’ll act as a brand ambassador, providing detailed information about travel options, answering questions about existing plans, and making changes, additions, or cancellations as needed. Professional travel booking experience is required.

Earnings Potential

Earn up to $0.27 per productive minute Contractors can expect to earn around $16.20/hour

Schedule

Flexible schedule opportunities - you create your own schedule! Program is open during the following hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8:30 am to 5 pm CST
• Wednesday: 9 am to 5 pm CST

Skills Needed

• REQUIRED - High-end travel booking experience, both domestic and international

Technology Requirements

• Personal computer (no tablet)
• Broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS
• Wired internet connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet)
• Windows 11 operating system
• Microsoft Defender antivirus software (included with Windows 11) installed, running and up to date
• Wired USB headset with microphone (for training)
• Dual monitors, one with at least 1920x1080 resolution (full HD) *Full PC requirements

Important Information

We are currently unable to work with contractors residing in California, New York, Pennsylvania, or Washington. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Working Solutions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
