First PREMIER Bank and PREMIER Bankcard is seeking a Benefits Administrator to support the administration and management of employee benefits programs, ensuring enrollment accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will serve as a key contact for benefits questions, track enrollment and deductions, coordinate open enrollment and wellness events, and collaborate with vendors and HR partners to maintain accurate records and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• General Human Resources experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handles routine questions about benefits plans, eligibility, and claims.
• Ensures accurate tracking and documentation of benefits-related data, such as enrollments and deductions.
• Recordkeeping throughout employee’s benefits life cycle, including elections and payroll deductions.
• Conducts benefits education sessions and guidance on enrollment, plan options, and claims.
• Collaborates with vendors to resolve issues and clarify details.
• Coordinates with HR partners to assist with documentation, reports, training and admin items.
• Coordinate wellness events including open enrollment and wellness site visits.
