Job summary

The role involves Open Enrollment testing, reporting, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive program readiness and accuracy across benefit programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of health, welfare, and retirement benefit programs.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and data validation abilities.
• Ability to work independently within established processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute benefits operational activities including OE testing and data validation.
• Serve as primary operational point of contact for vendor and employee issues.
• Coordinate daily vendor operations, track SLAs, and escalate issues.
• Lead program-management activities and readiness initiatives.
• Produce reports across benefit programs and validate data accuracy.
• Support audits and enterprise initiatives through testing and data prep.
