Job summary

TELUS Health (US) Benefits Administration and Operations seeks a Benefits Analyst to manage daily administration, data processing, and client support. You will lead implementation projects and ensure accurate, timely data handling within a sophisticated benefits database.

You will work with project managers and clients to define scope, set up data fields, and generate reports. Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and the ability to learn new systems quickly are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, HR, Finance, or related preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative and case management issues and data processing daily
• Monitor project schedules and alert if timelines are at risk
• Test and analyze system configurations against requirements during implementation
• Set up client healthcare and group benefits databases; define data fields, import data, design screens, queries and reports
• Meet with project managers and clients to define scope and objectives and document plans
