Job summary

Sheetz, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Administrator to assist with administration, implementation and communication of employee benefit/retirement programs.

The role supports employees with benefits questions and eligibility, maintains content on the MySheetzLife portal, and administers compliance programs for merit increases and evaluations. Qualified candidates will have a high school degree (associates/bachelors preferred) and at least 2 years of health and welfare plan administration

Qualifications

• High school degree required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years health and welfare plan administration.
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administering various eligibility programs.
• Provide support to employees with benefit questions, eligibility and claim issues.
• Assist with updating and maintaining content on employee portal www.MySheetzLife.com.
• Administers compliance programs for annual merit increase and performance evaluations.
