PCM, Professional Case Management, seeks a Benefits Coordinator to support leave of absence and workers’ compensation inquiries, administer benefits enrollment, and deliver exceptional service across the organization. You will work with multiple departments to ensure compliance with federal/state laws while maintaining confidentiality.

The Benefits Coordinator position assists employees with leave of absence and Workers Compensation inquires. Effectively coordinates all cases/claims and ensures compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act and all related employment laws. As well as assisting with the administration enrollment of company benefit programs, interact with employees at all levels of the organization and provide exemplary customer service.
The typical base pay range for this role is USD $56,160 - $76,960 per year. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and other market-based factors.
