Responsibilities

• Counsel and correspond with partners regarding benefits via in-person, phone, email, and Workday cases.
• Process partner status changes in Workday.
• Handle termination paperwork and processes.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal benefit regulations.
• Participate in benefit audits and open enrollment/benefit fairs.
• Maintain benefit files and assist with filing/reporting.
