Job summary

OneDigital seeks a Benefits Specialist to manage client benefits programs, enrollments, and compliance. You will own assigned client books, define goals for the benefits department, and serve as a subject matter expert within Resourcing Edge.

The role emphasizes accuracy, urgency, and collaboration with payroll, sales, and account managers to ensure seamless benefits delivery and compliance across client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 years benefits service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Prism HR platform is a plus.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist with plan design specifications, renewal projects and onboarding new plans.
• Maintain benefits data integrity and system functionality.
• Provide ACA configuration and support (1095s) workflows.
• Support client account managers and payroll with day-to-day tasks.
• Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and escalations.
• Coordinate compliance and administrative services for clients.
