Job summary

Quiddity is seeking a Benefits and Compliance Manager to lead our employee benefits programs and HR compliance initiatives. You will partner with brokers, carriers, Payroll, and HR leadership to deliver compliant, cost-effective benefits and a positive employee experience.

You will manage benefits operations, audits, reporting, and vendor relationships while continually improving program effectiveness and engagement in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in benefits/compliance.
• Experience with brokers, carriers, or third-party administrators.
• Multi-state workforce experience preferred.
• CEBS, CBP, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers benefits enrollments, COBRA, FMLA, and 401(k).
• Liaises with brokers and carriers to develop offerings.
• Manages wellness programs and HRIS benefits modules.
• Performs benefits audits and regulatory filings.
• Ensures compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA.
• Oversees billing and vendor invoices for benefits.
