Lumicity in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Benefits Specialist to manage day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs across medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement, disability, wellness, and leave programs. You will serve as a key contact for employees and HR while overseeing enrollment, compliance, and communications.

The role requires 7+ years in benefits administration, strong knowledge of ACA, FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, ERISA, and experience with HRIS/ADP platforms.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of benefits administration or HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, and leave programs.
• Solid understanding of ACA, FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA.
• Multi-state leave-of-absence experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with benefits vendors and HRIS platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and wellness programs.
• Serve as primary contact for employee and HR questions on benefits, eligibility, and enrollment.
• Oversee new-hire enrollment, life-event changes, and annual open enrollment.
• Maintain benefits records and elections in HRIS and benefits systems.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, FMLA, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA.
• Support audits and vendor relationships; resolve claims and enrollment issues.
