Mohawk Industries is hiring a Benefits Communications Specialist to lead the development and execution of benefits and wellness communications for employees and candidates.

You will create clear, engaging content across channels and partner with HR, vendors, and other stakeholders to support business objectives and open enrollment initiatives. This role emphasizes storytelling, timelines, and measurable engagement in a large, global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • 3–5+ years in communications-related field (corporate communications, journalism, marketing, agency or similar).
  • 2+ years' experience in an employee benefits-related role strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

  • Develop and execute strategic communication plans that promote awareness, understanding, and utilization of Mohawk's benefits, health plans, and wellness programs.
  • Create clear, engaging, and audience-focused content across multiple channels, including email, intranet, digital signage, presentations, events, videos, guides, and enrollment materials.
  • Partner with Benefits, Employee Communications, Human Resources, vendors, and other stakeholders to identify communication needs, align messaging, and support key business and people initiatives.
  • Support and/or lead communication campaigns for specific events, including annual open enrollment, new hire onboarding, wellness initiatives, benefits program launches, etc.
  • Support the continuous improvement of benefits communications by gathering feedback, monitoring engagement metrics, and recommending enhancements to content, channels, and communication approaches.
  • Maintain a consistent voice, brand, and employee experience across all benefits-related communications.
  • Manage project timelines, communication calendars, and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay current on benefits trends, communication best practices, and employee engagement strategies to continuously improve the effectiveness of communications.

What you have
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field required
  • 3-5+ years in communications-related field, including corporate communications, journalism, marketing, agency or similar
