Qualifications

• 2+ years in call center, tech, retail or hospitality; 1+ year in customer-facing benefits role.
• Comfort with multiple digital tools and fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Own customer inquiries from start to finish via phone, email or chat.
• Maintain 40-hour work weeks during operating hours; meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with advocates and across the company to influence product decisions.
• Utilize research and internal resources before seeking additional support.
• Stay up-to-date with new features and communicate updates to customers.
• Be flexible for December–March volume spikes and overtime.
