Job summary

USI Insurance Services in Phoenix offers a 12-month Emerson Rogers Career Track Program designed for individuals pursuing a career in employee benefits, broker relations, and client service. You’ll gain hands-on experience supporting brokers while developing skills to manage a book of business and broker relationships.

Participants will work with experienced employee benefits professionals, undergo structured mentorship, and gradually assume more responsibility as knowledge grows, including

Qualifications

• Associate degree required and strong Excel skills needed.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a client service role.

Responsibilities

• Support broker service activities, policy administration, and client deliverables.
• Assist with claims, billing inquiries, and service-related requests.
• Support processing of new business, renewals, and Broker of Record letters with timely, compliant execution.
• Update plan changes, endorsements, and client requests while maintaining records.
• Prepare financial analyses and client-facing deliverables for various business segments.
