Partnership HealthPlan of California is seeking a Benefits Auditor to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely administration of employee benefit programs. You will perform bi-weekly audits, reconcile invoices, and coordinate with ADP and vendors across HRIS, payroll, and benefits systems.

The role emphasizes data integrity, policy adherence, and attention to detail, with responsibilities spanning eligibility, enrollment changes, deductions, and COBRA processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field with 3–5 years of related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and ADP Benefits Solutions.
• Strong skills in MS Word and Excel; accurate data entry (40 wpm).

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal database files and develop custom reports for management and staff.
• Serve as primary billing contact for benefit plan vendors and third-party administrators.
• Audit and reconcile monthly benefit vendor invoices and resolve discrepancies with carriers.
• Process HSA and Retirement Plan Contributions.
• Audit benefits accounts including HSA closure and COBRA.
• Process employee Medical and Dental/Vision credit audits.
• Evaluate eligibility according to plan documents and state/federal laws.
• Conduct biweekly ADP new hire and payroll change entry audits.
• Manage COBRA program, including notices, enrollments, coverages, and payments.
• Maintain ACA compliance and 1095C forms at year-end.
• Coordinate annual HR Benefits Portfolio project and ADP upload.
• Manage EDI feeds between ADP and insurers and fix data errors.
• Support ADP HR Benefits module updates for setup and open enrollment.
• Maintain confidentiality of all employee and payroll information.
