Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Rx Benefits Associate for a fully remote contract role. The pay rate is $19/hr with a training schedule Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, and regular shifts Monday–Saturday between 10am–10:30pm.

Anticipated start date is 11/30/2026. You will address member questions about discount cards, prescription pricing, and insurance benefits, educate on card usage, assist with home delivery information, verify benefits, and route calls to the right departments.

Qualifications

• Empathy and patience when supporting members with health and insurance concerns.
• Experience with CRM systems to manage member interactions.
• Accurate data entry and documentation of member interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with Access or Teams.
• Ability to read, speak, and take notes simultaneously during calls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must be able to read, speak, and take notes at the same time on a phone call
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment (have to be able to jump right in, learn quickly, and adapt/be flexible)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Hattiesburg, MS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
