Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Analyst to support client engagements across medical, dental, and ancillary programs in Minnesota and Virginia.

You will manage calendar-driven marketing and analysis processes, coordinate vendor relationships, gather data for RFPs, scrub census data, and maintain accurate vendor quotes and Salesforce contacts as part of our PeopleFirst culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits related Industry
• College graduate preferred
• Active Life and Health License Required

Responsibilities

• Calendar management for marketing and analysis processes.
• Manage vendor relationships and data gathering for RFPs.
• Scrub census and eligibility data for RFP completion.
• Negotiate with vendors and provide feedback to incumbents.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and vendor quotes for accuracy.
• Maintain Salesforce with accurate vendor contacts.
