The base salary ranges from $62,000 to $77,000, with potential incentives. Applicants should have at least 5 years in employee benefits and an active Life & Health license; college graduates are preferred, and relocation is not

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits related Industry.
• College graduate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Calendar maintenance of marketing and analysis process.
• Vendor relationships and negotiations.
• Data gathering from clients and carriers for RFPs.
• Scrubbing census and eligibility data; ensure contract accuracy.
• Coordinate onboarding for new accounts and new business lines.
