Job summary

NFP is seeking an experienced Employee Benefits coordinator to support complex benefits programs for clients and internal teams across the United States. The role emphasizes data handling, vendor coordination, and timely communications to ensure accurate plan quotes and enrollment processes.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in Employee Benefits, a college degree, and an active Life and Health license, with strong Excel and Salesforce experience.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the Employee Benefits field.
• College degree preferred.
• Active Life and Health License required.

Responsibilities

• Calendar maintenance of marketing and analysis processes.
• Vendor relationships and negotiation.
• Data gathering from clients and carriers for RFPs.
• Scrubbing census and eligibility data as needed.
• Maintain Salesforce with accurate vendor contacts.
• Assist onboarding for new accounts and lines of business.
• Limited experience in self-funding medical plans helpful.
• Attend weekly Employee Benefits meetings and planning sessions.
