Job summary
OneDigital in New York is seeking a Financial Benefits Analyst to support financial analysis for clients' group benefit programs. You will collaborate with the financial support team to deliver benefit illustrations and reports, enabling clients to evaluate plans.

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis or benefits administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Math, Accounting, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel skills required (intermediate to advanced).
- Experience in the healthcare group insurance industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drafts exhibits for quarterly and annual client meetings.
- Drafts client utilization reports; analyzes data for plan design opportunities.
- Drafts monthly reporting deliverables for clients.
- Analyzes industry benchmarks to show competitiveness.
- Develops relationships with carrier partners.
- Maintains market information in internal databases.
- Assists team and clients with special projects.
