You'll work with experienced professionals, complete over 950 hours of hands-on experience, and gain exposure to renewals, funding projections, and cost drivers, with mentorship and opportunities to connect across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree earned within the past two years.
• Strong problem solving and analytical mindset.
• Proficient in Excel for data tables and analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Clear communication and collaborative work style.
• Eager to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Work with financial data to support client deliverables and reporting across business segments.
• Review insurance renewals and evaluate new proposals to aid client decisions.
• Prepare market reviews, funding projections, and claims utilization analyses.
• Review contracts and funding arrangements to understand plan structure and key cost drivers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities using analytical tools and resources.
• Support negotiations related to premium rates and benefits.
• Turn analysis into client-ready summaries with observations and key findings.
• Participate in internal strategy meetings to learn how client recommendations are developed and delivered.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring work is accurate and completed on time.
• Stay current on industry trends, legislation, and developments affecting employee benefits.
• Apply knowledge gained through training to real client work and projects.
