Job summary

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking a Benefits Analyst to serve as the Workday Benefits expert and business-process lead for open enrollment, elections, and plan year management. The role supports optimization, testing, and data integrity across compensation and benefits workflows.

The position is hybrid/remote with a strong emphasis on collaboration with HR and business stakeholders. Candidates should bring Health/Benefits HRIS expertise, Workday experience, and exceptional data

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years of HRIS experience, with two years of hands-on Workday HCM configuration in benefits.
  • Proficient in Workday Core HCM, reporting, security, calculated fields and business process configuration.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills for reporting and audit readiness.
  • Experience supporting benefit planning cycles in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday benefits configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and enhancements.
  • Analyze benefits data and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for HR and business users.
  • Troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and ensure data integrity through audits and reporting.
  • Monitor system performance and stakeholder needs to recommend improvements and reduce manual work.
  • Support annual open enrollment with system setup, testing, and post-cycle analysis.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation to drive adoption of compensation tools.
  • Stay current on Workday releases and industry best practices; influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional projects.
