Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Analyst to support administration, analysis, and delivery of employee benefits programs. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and vendors to ensure accurate, compliant benefits operations and timely enrollment activities.

The role emphasizes data analytics, benefits communications, and ongoing program improvements, with responsibilities spanning open enrollment, leave management, and vendor relations. Strong Excel and HRIS skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 2+ years in benefits administration or similar analytical roles.
• Experience with health, retirement, wellness, and leave programs.
• Understanding of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and 125 regulations.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, leave, voluntary).
• Respond to employee inquiries about plans, eligibility, enrollments, events, and claims.
• Maintain benefits records and ensure data integrity in HRIS and benefits systems.
• Coordinate with payroll for accurate deductions and employer contributions.
• Support annual enrollment, communications, and enrollment audits.
• Assist with benefits fairs, webinars, and employee information sessions.
• Liaise between employees, carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
• Support vendor issue resolution and monitor service levels.
• Assist with leave administration and point of contact for employees and managers.
