Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Benefits Analyst to administer and improve the company’s employee benefits programs. You will work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliant, accurate benefits administration and optimal employee support.

The role focuses on benefits operations, enrollment, vendor management, and data analytics, driving program improvements and regulatory compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years in benefits administration or a similar analytical role.
• Working knowledge of benefit programs: health, retirement, wellness, leave.
• Understanding of ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and 125 rules.
• Experience with Dayforce HRIS or similar platform.
• CEBS or similar certification preferred.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support employee benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, retirement).
• Respond to employee inquiries on plans, eligibility, enrollments, events, and claims.
• Maintain benefit records and ensure data integrity in HRIS and benefits systems.
• Coordinate with payroll on deductions and employer contributions.
• Support annual open enrollment and benefits communications and training materials.
• Assist with vendor relations and issue resolution; monitor SLAs.
• Support leave programs administration and liaison with leave administrators.
