Aflac is seeking energetic benefits advisors to work with business owners and HR to plan supplemental coverage. You’ll be your own boss with unlimited earning potential and flexible scheduling.

This role is not salaried; compensation comes from commissions, bonuses, residuals, and stock; training provided. Multiple locations with Monday–Friday schedules and potential remote options exist.

Qualifications

• Be an advisor to business owners.
• Licensing may include Life and/or Health.
• Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Sales - presentations, B2B management, enrollment, guidance and education on insurance products.
• Entrepreneurial ambitions – provide strategic and executable solutions to clients.
• Marketing strategy and lead generation.
• Customer/ client/ business owner relationship, service, management.
• Leadership and management of customer relationships.
• Benefits expertise as enroller, counselor, worksite liaison, communication preferences.
• Maintaining state licensing (may include Life and/or Health, other).
