Aflac Glendale, AZ is seeking Insurance Agent with full training provided. This role offers you control over your schedule and the chance to work with business owners on supplemental health coverage.

You'll focus on sales presentations, client enrollment, and lead generation while building strategic solutions for clients. Training includes licensing support and ongoing resources from a respected national brand.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is welcome but not required.
• Outgoing, entrepreneurial and motivated individuals are encouraged to apply.
• Maintain state licensing (may include Life and/or Health, other).

Responsibilities

• Sales - including presentations, B2B management, enrollment, guidance, and education on insurance products
• Entrepreneurial ambitions – including providing strategic and executable solutions to clients
• Marketing strategy and lead generation
• Customer/client/business owner relations and service management
• Leadership and management of customer relationships
• Benefits expertise as enroller, counselor, worksite liaison, and communication preferences
• Maintaining state licensing (may include Life and/or Health, other)
