Job summary

First Coast Security Solutions is seeking a Benefits Administrator to handle the day-to-day benefit work and keep the related records and payments up to date. This person will work with employees, Payroll, Finance, benefit providers, and contract teams to answer questions, review reports, and make sure benefit information and payments are correct.

The on-site position requires at least two years of benefits-related experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent organizational abilities to manage

Qualifications

• At least two years of related experience in benefits, payroll, HR, or accounting.
• Experience working with employee records, benefit deductions, or payment information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process employee benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Keep benefit records up to date and ensure accuracy of payments.
• Review health and welfare reports and prepare timely payments.
• Prepare 401(k) reports and union dues reports.
• Coordinate with Payroll to verify deductions and employer contributions.
