Job summary

Gallagher is hiring a Client Benefits Administrator in San Diego for a hybrid role. You will support clients and members by resolving inquiries, maintaining benefit data, and processing enrollments.

The position emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and cross-system work with ARES and Titan platforms. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to deliver high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1 year related experience.
• Ability to work hybrid model out of San Diego, CA - 2x on Site, 3x WFH.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administration of employee benefit programs such as medical, dental, life and pension for clients.
• Advise employees on eligibility, provisions and other matters related to benefits.
• Maintain benefits records and documents.
• Prepare renewal packets and employee benefit communications.
• Process enrollment and change forms and data eligibility files.
• Review, correct and distribute monthly invoices to clients and assist audits.
