Responsibilities

• Coordinate administration of employee benefit programs for clients.
• Advise employees on eligibility, provisions and other benefits matters.
• Maintain benefits records and documents.
• Assist in preparing employee benefits communications and renewal packets.
• Process enrollment/change forms and data eligibility files.
