Responsibilities

  • Oversee benefits administration for US and international employee populations.
  • Manage health, welfare, and retirement plans, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Administer wellness programs, reconcile funding and contributions, and address discrepancies with payroll and vendors.
  • Support open enrollment processes, including planning, system configuration, and post-enrollment audits.
  • Maintain benefits data integrity in HRIS systems and produce analytics for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with vendors on escalations, billing reconciliation, and plan performance improvements.
  • Lead benefits operations for onboarding, life events, leaves, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage wellness and voluntary benefit programs, ensuring accurate payroll reconciliation.
  • Reconcile benefit elections against payroll deductions and vendor data, resolving discrepancies.
  • Validate vendor invoices against enrollment data and contracted rates, addressing billing issues.
  • Maintain audit trails for election changes and compliance reviews.
  • Produce detailed benefits cost reports for leadership analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support filings and reporting.

Job description

A financial services firm in Manhattan is seeking a Benefits Administrator. Must have strong recent experience with executing and administering benefits across all areas including medical, dental, vision, 401K, ADA and leaves.

Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 remote

Hours: 8:30am-5pm

Responsibilities:
