**Benefits Call Center Representative**

**Conduent Business Services- REMOTE**

**Training:** **Training is approximately 8 weeks (Training only - training days are M-F 8am-4:30pm EST)**

**Hours: Nights and Weekends with 2 days off during the week. 8hr shift between 4:30am to 8pm EST.**

**We are open Monday-Sunday (can work any day of the week)**

**About the Benefits Call Center Representative role:**

As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, while discussing employee benefits. Calls can range from healthcare benefits, retirement benefits and additional employee perks. You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.

Our Benefits call center associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success.

**Requirements:**

**We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have:**

+ Previous customer service and call center experience required (Retirement benefits preferred)

+ Excellent communication skills

+ Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding

+ Great problem-solving skills

+ Ability to effectively multi-task

+ High school diploma, GED or college degree

+ Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred

+ Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program.

+ Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)

+ Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $16.00 per hour.
