Benefits Administration Services Associate II

Job Overview

As a Benefits Call Center Representative, you will assist customers by discussing employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and perks. You will handle a steady volume of calls, navigate multiple systems, and provide excellent customer service.

Training and Hours

Training lasts approximately 8 weeks (Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm EST). The role involves night and weekend shifts, with 2 days off during the week, between 4:30am to 8pm EST. We operate Monday through Sunday, and you can work any day of the week.

Requirements
  • Previous customer service and call center experience (retirement benefits preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Typing and keyboarding skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Experience with healthcare and employer benefits (highly preferred)
  • Ability to complete paid training
  • Pass internet speed test (download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms)
  • Ethernet connection to modem/router
