Benefits Call Center Representative
Conduent Business Services - REMOTE

Training: Approximately 8 weeks (Training only - training days are M-F 8am-4:30pm EST)

Hours: Nights and weekends with 2 days off during the week. 8-hour shifts between 4:30am and 8pm EST.

Availability: We are open Monday-Sunday (can work any day of the week)

About the Role:

As a Benefits Call Center Representative, you will assist customers by discussing employee benefits such as healthcare, retirement, and other perks. You will handle a steady volume of calls, navigating multiple systems to provide excellent service.

Our associates are part of a supportive team. Your customer service skills, punctuality, and dependability are essential to our success.

Requirements:
  • Previous customer service and call center experience required (Retirement benefits experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Typing and keyboarding proficiency
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Experience with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
  • Ability to complete a paid training program
  • Must pass an internet speed test (download ≥25 Mbps, upload ≥5 Mbps, ping ≤175 ms)
  • Ability to connect via Ethernet cable to a modem/router

Salary range is estimated at $16.00 per hour, with potential bonuses or incentives based on business needs and performance. Benefits include health insurance, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, retirement plans, paid holidays, and PTO.
