Psomas is seeking a Benefits Accounting and Compliance Manager to join our Corporate Administration team in Seattle, Los Angeles, or Roseville. You will oversee benefits, payroll, and compliance processes, coordinating with HR, Legal, Accounting, and Payroll to ensure accurate compensation administration and regulatory reporting.

The role emphasizes ERISA compliance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to improve workflows and outcomes for employees and the business.

Qualifikationen

• Strong background in payroll systems, analysis, report writing systems, ERISA, and data reconciliation.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Comfortable working with detailed data and communicating across the organization.
• CPA is a plus; TPA or recordkeeper experience encouraged to apply.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate benefits eligibility and reporting and compliance for executive compensation arrangements, deferred compensation, and specialized programs.
• Facilitate benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and open enrollment.
• Serve as a go-to resource for the intersection of payroll and benefits questions.
• Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits regulations.
• Partner with HR and Accounting to improve workflows and data accuracy and efficiency.
• Support annual compensation reconciliation processes and fringe benefit reporting.
• Prepare reports and support audit and year-end activities.
• Research, analyze and document implications of compensation and benefits strategies to evaluate the impact of proposed scenarios and inform compliance and decision-making.
