BancFirst Insurance Services in Tulsa, OK, is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager. This onsite role services a book of business with input from producers, handles renewals, quotes, enrollments, and client inquiries.

You will work with the EPIC Agency Management System, assist with billing, and coordinate with carriers. A license and CEBS progress are expected; strong Excel skills and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Employee Benefits Account Manager experience.
• Solid working knowledge of group employee benefits and life/health coverages.
• Current insurance license and working on CEBS designation.

Responsabilités

• Renewal and new business; prepare quotes and discuss options with producer or customer.
• Organize, assist and attend group enrollments; submit paperwork to carriers.
• Enter information into the Agency Management System including invoicing and billing; track follow ups for renewals and commissions.
• Process enrollment/terms for groups; assist with claim and customer billing inquiries.
• Quote individual medical, dental, etc., as needed; answer benefit questions with customers or producers.
